AmiGo – automated driving
Flexible. Digital. Sustainable.
AmiGo represents the next generation of mobility in Eastern Switzerland. PostBus’s automated on-demand service combines innovative technology with sustainable, flexible and digital public transport.
What is AmiGo?
AmiGo is an innovative mobility service from PostBus that combines automated driving with on-demand mobility. From 2027, passengers in a defined area of Eastern Switzerland will be able to order an automated vehicle via the app, which will take them flexibly and conveniently to their destination. AmiGo complements existing scheduled services in a sensible and sustainable way – for greater flexibility, convenience and digital mobility.
If several customers are travelling on a similar route at the same time, the system will also be able to pool the journeys (ride pooling). These carpooling services improve vehicle utilization.
