The hike takes you from Magdenau Abbey over the Wittenberg to restaurant Moosbad. From there, it continues along signposted hiking trails to Degersheim, via Hinterruer and Wolfensberg. It is well worth taking a break en route to enjoy views of the Alpstein massif, the seven peaks of Churfirsten or the rolling hills around the Hörnli.
