The designation “PostBus” (or POSTBUS) and certain other product or service designations (including logos) are registered trademarks of Swiss Post Ltd. No part of the Digital Presence is designed in such a way that a right to use of these trademarks is granted.
PostBus does not guarantee that the Digital Presence will function without interruptions or errors, that errors will be rectified or that the Digital Presence and corresponding server are free of viruses or malicious components.
All liability on the part of PostBus is excluded in respect of any damage or loss arising as a result of accessing or using elements of the Digital Presence (or as a result of the impossibility of accessing or using such elements, or as a result of viruses, etc.).
Although PostBus exercises maximum diligence to ensure that the information available on the Digital Presence is accurate at the time of publication, neither PostBus nor its contractual partners shall warrant or guarantee its correctness, reliability or completeness. The information and views disseminated through the Digital Presence may be changed at any time without prior notice.
PostBus has not examined the websites linked to the Digital Presence and accepts no responsibility for their content or for the products, services or other offers they present.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
To the extent admissible by law, all legal relationships between the users of this Digital Presence and PostBus shall be subject to substantive Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berne.
