Thrifty use of public funds
With approximately 2,400 vehicles, we’re active in regional passenger transport on behalf of the cantons as purchasers of our services. This is half-financed by the public sector, which makes efficient use of public resources a major consideration for us. On-demand services are one example of how we’re innovatively developing public transportation in the spirit of efficiency. Being able to push ahead and finance innovations takes partnerships and suitable, cross-sector funding opportunities. We also ensure that we work as efficiently as possible in our internal processes. To this end, we look for new opportunities for internal cooperation and are continually adjusting processes in an innovative way.
