Bad Schinznach

Pure relaxation

With the postbus along the shores of the Aare River to an oasis of relaxation. The community of Schinznach-Dorf and its attractive surroundings are a perfect place to relax.

The ideal way to relax is to visit nearby Bad Schinznach with its thermal spas “Aquarena fun” and “Thermi spa”. Try out the slide or enjoy the special service in the five-star spa. You’re sure to have fun on the “Pitch&Putt” short golf course for everybody. For all this and more, check out the Links to the thermal baths.

Explore the area’s natural diversity on foot or by bicycle. The sunny slopes of the Schenkenberg Valley and their well-kept vineyards are ideal for leisurely walks. Along the vineyard trail in Schinznach-Dorf, 12 information panels provide a plethora of interesting facts about winemaking in the valley. In the lush Jura forests or along the Aare river, nature lovers can enjoy the change of seasons or observe indigenous plant and animal life. To get a complete picture, climb up to the «Gisliflue» (772 metres above sea level) on a clear day. The magnificent views will more than reward the effort.
