Oey Diemtigen–Diemtigen–Grimmialp
A downhill bike park and scooter descent add to enjoyment in the Diemtigtal nature park Wiriehorn region in addition to hiking. (PostBus stop Riedli, Talstation Wiriehorn). The Ägelsee moor and Ägelsee lake by Diemtigen (PostBus stop Diemtigen, Talweid)- as well as the area around the Spillgerte mountain with Seebergsee lake (PostBus stop Grimmialp, Hotel Spillgarten) are under protection owing to their great biodiversity.
Plenty of fun and excitement await visitors at the “Gwunderwasser” water playground (PostBus stop Tiermatten, Wirtschaft) and on the Grimmimutz activity & adventure trail (PostBus stop Grimmialp, Hotel Spillgerten).
The Oey-Schwenden valley hiking trail follows the Filderich and Chirel valley streams through forests and meadows. The mountain streams are crossed by eleven bridges. The four-hour hike can be individually organized by using the 8 available postbus stops.
