Football brings together people from all around the world. An interactive exhibition tells the story of the world’s most popular sport, from its beginnings to the present day.
The International Federation of Association Football has given fans the perfect gift in the form of the FIFA World Football Museum. Impressive numbers illustrate the scale of this cultural institution: over 1,000 exhibits are on display across three floors and 3,000 m2. Chart the course of football history through a host of interactive exhibits.
On display are football shirts, footballs, handwritten referee notes, films and documents from the FIFA archives. The undisputed centrepiece of the exhibition is of course the actual World Cup trophy.
For children, the puzzle books “Kids Trail” and “Kids Trail Mini” are provided free of charge. These inspire younger visitors to look closely at the permanent exhibition.
