Enjoy the fabulous view from the Grimsel massif to the Brienzer Rothorn mountain range.
The network of groomed winter hiking trails at the Hasliberg is quite vast. But the panoramic trail leading from the Reuti station via Wasserwendi and Hohfluh to the Brünig pass is definitely the number one highlight.
The wonderful winter hiking trail starts at the PostBus stop and cable car station in Hasliberg Reuti. Either take PostBus route 158 from Brünig-Hasliberg or travel with the Hasliberg Reuti–Bidmi–Mägisalp cable car from Meiringen.
The winter hiking trail will take you along Blatti, Gofer and Eggli, tackling plenty of ups and downs on the way to Hasliberg Wasserwendi. Here, you cross below the Twing-Käserstatt cable car route. Continuing on, you will be rewarded with wonderful views of the Brienzer-Rothorn mountain range, Lake Brienz, as well as the Schwarzhorn and Rosenlaui region. At Louwenenbach, there is a descent to Hasliberg Hohfluh where you will cross the cantonal road. Passing beautiful wooden houses, it is then a right turn after approx. 200 m in the direction of the Brünig Pass. Your journey home starts here with PostBus route 151 in the direction of Brienz BE.
Buy your ticket from the SBB Shop or SBB Mobile app. You can also buy a ticket from the driver, at all ticket terminals, PostBus sales offices and at the counter of your nearest railway station.
