The suspension bridge between Naters and Bitsch is only 40 meters long, but it grants impressive views of the Massa gorge.
Since spring of 2016 there is a suspension bridge between Naters and Bitsch along the hiking trail. The suspension bridge is situated practically at the doorstep and can be reached in a short time on foot. Even though it is only 40 meters long, it grants an impressive view of the Massa gorge.
Access by postbus or on foot from Brig to the hamlet of Hegdorn above Naters. There, the hiking trail leads to the Massa gorge and Bitsch.
