The Paul Scherrer Institute in Villigen is Switzerland’s largest research center for natural and engineering sciences. Over 20 interactive exhibits on display at the psi forum visitor center allow you to gain detailed insights into and track the progress of ongoing PSI projects.
The sections are divided into the topics of “energy and environment”, “people and health” and “matter and material”. Projects on display include a concentrator for capturing sunlight, a proton system for the radiation treatment of tumours and a glass vacuum tower.
3D films produced by the Paul Scherrer Institute complement the exhibition topics in an entertaining fashion.
