Val Sinestra–Vnà

Val Sinestra

The wild and rugged Val Sinestra is the starting point and a highlight of a delightful hike to Vnà.

From Scuol via Sent to the Hotel Val Sinestra, a former health resort, the postbus passes through the rugged landscape of Val Sinestra. A hiking trail leads along the stream and across newly constructed suspension bridges to Zuort (mountain restaurant) and continues via Griosch and Pra San Peider to the beautifully situated village of Vnà. Another attractive destination is Tschlin. This unspoiled village in the Engadine valley is perched atop a beautiful sun-drenched plateau. Tschlin can be easily reached from Vnà and even has its own brewery and cheese factory.

Hiking time: approx. 2 hours
Level of difficulty: easy
