Panoramic trail Hasliberg – Brünig
Enjoy the fabulous view from the Grimsel massif to the Brienzer Rothorn mountain range.
The network of groomed winter hiking trails at the Hasliberg is quite vast. But the panoramic trail leading from the Reuti station via Wasserwendi and Hohfluh to the Brünig pass is definitely the number one highlight.
This beautiful winter hiking tour starts at the PostBus stop and cable car station Hasliberg Reuti. You can get there either by postbus on route 151 from Brienz, on route 158 from Brünig, or by cable car from Meiringen (stop at the bottom station: Meiringen, Luftseilbahn).
The winter hiking trail takes you sometimes up, sometimes down via Blatti, Gofer, and Eggli to Hasliberg Wasserwendi. There you cross under the cable car Twing-Käserstatt. Further on along the route you will be able to enjoy a great view of the Brienzer Rothorn mountain range, the lake of Brienz, and the Schwarzhorn and Rosenlaui peaks. At the Louwenenbach you descend to Hasliberg Hohfluh, cross under the main road, hike along beautiful wooden chalets and turn right after 200 m towards the Brünig pass.
