“100 years Surbtal route” competition

On 15 August 1921, the first Postbuses ran from Oberendigen to Baden, Döttingen and Siggenthal. However, these Postbuses were initially just standing in for SBB trains, as the plan had originally been to build a railway line from Niederweningen to Döttingen. What began as a temporary solution ended up as a permanent fixture.
