A snowy landscape with blue sky.

In winter, the Langis region on the Glaubenberg Pass, situated above Lake Sarnen, is transformed into a magnificent paradise for cross-country skiers, snowshoers, winter hikers and sledging enthusiasts.

The Glaubenberg Pass (1,543 metres above sea level) is a small pass that crosses from Sarnen (Canton of Obwalden) to Entlebuch (Canton of Lucerne). Directly before the pass, on the Obwalden side, is Langis. PostBus route 344 will transport you conveniently to this winter wonderland.
