The bus service connects the two sides of the valley of the Rhine Gorge. It travels along the spectacular routes between Laax and Imschlacht, or via Versam to Tamins and back again. Discover unique starting points for excursions and hikes.

The Rhine Gorge/Ruinaulta bus runs four times a day. It begins its journey in Laax and transports you to the Rhine Gorge via Sagogn, as far as Valendas. From this mountain village with an interesting architectural heritage, there is a twice-daily bus service to Imschlacht, which boasts a wonderful view high above the Rhine Gorge. Imschlacht is also the starting point for attractive hikes such as the trail over the Tenner Chrüz to Tenna. The hiking time is around three hours. From Tenna, you can travel back conveniently by Postbus. The other two journeys on the Rhine Gorge/Ruinaulta bus are from Laax via Versam to Tamins, Unterdorf.

Seat reservations are mandatory and must be made at least one hour before departure.

Rhine Gorge/Ruinaulta hike

The Ruinaulta is probably one of the most spectacular landscapes in Graubünden. Hike along the Rhine from Valendas, through short stretches of forest and past expansive meadows until you reach Versam station.
