Consideration of others
Sales outlets and Postbuses are public and not lawless spaces. We request that you conduct yourself on PostBus premises and in vehicles in such a way that you do not obstruct, endanger or harass anyone.
In particular, the following is not permitted in PostBus premises and vehicles:
- Placing your feet/shoes on the seat (with or without an underlayer)
- Transporting free-roaming animals
- Begging and peddling
- Labelling, smearing and damaging infrastructure and vehicles
- Disposing waste and newspapers
- Smoking in rooms and vehicles. This also applies to e-cigarettes
- Excessive alcohol consumption
- Playing music, videos, games, etc. loudly, making long calls, having loud conversations
- Possessing, trading and using narcotic drugs (including CBD hemp)
Only with authorization
The express consent of PostBus must be obtained for:
- Sale and offering of goods and services
- Distribution of leaflets, brochures and handouts
- Film recordings, photo reports for professional purposes
- Any collection and signature campaigns or surveys
- Live music, loud playing of music, films or other recordings
Video surveillance
Video cameras are used in the vehicles to protect passengers and staff.

The rules of conduct apply to the vehicles, premises and areas of PostBus Ltd.
Breaches may lead to exclusion from transport, claims for compensation or prosecution.
The instructions of our employees or the companies entrusted by us must be complied with.
Criminal acts (swearing, threats, offences, etc.) against staff are prosecuted ex officio.
