Route 1 runs every hour from the railway station directly to the thermal baths and then back to the railway station.

Route 2 travels a circular route every hour via Thermalbad, RehaClinic and Salzstrasse.

Route 3 runs to Rietheim via Thermalbad and RehaClinic every two hours.

Route 4 runs to Oberflecken via Thermalbad and RehaClinic every two hours. In summer, the local bus service stops at the Regibad swimming pool and the campsite, and in winter, it stops at the cemetery.
