With the PubliCar App, you can reserve individual journeys easily and conveniently on your smartphone.

How does installation of the app work?

    Download

    Download the app from the Google Play StoreTarget not accessible (Android) or App StoreTarget not accessible (iOS).

    Registration

    You will be asked to enter your mobile phone number for registration. You will then receive a code by SMS to enter in the app for confirmation.

    E-mail

    You can also add your e-mail address so that you receive a receipt for your payment transactions and can order the newsletter if you wish. The e-mail address also needs to be verified. You will receive a confirmation link by e-mail for this.

    Use and data protection

    The registration requires you to accept the conditions of use and the privacy policy.

The benefits of the PubliCar App

  • Bookings can be made up to 30 days before the journey.
  • Bookings are possible for several people – the number of passengers booked can be changed until departure.
  • You can pay any convenience surcharge directly in the app by credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay.
  • You will receive a push notification shortly before the vehicle’s arrival and in the event of delays (if activated in the app settings and the operating system).
  • Lets you choose the departure or arrival time. For train connections or fixed times (e.g. doctor’s appointments), please select the arrival time.
  • Combines trips with similar travel destinations.
  • Provides an overview of earlier bookings; starting points and destinations can be copied into a new booking.
  • Allows you to be contacted if the driver isn’t at the departure location at the agreed time.
