How does the installation of the PubliCar App work?

    Download

    Download the app from the Google Play StoreTarget not accessible (Android) or App StoreTarget not accessible (iOS).

    Registration

    You will be asked to enter your mobile phone number for registration. You will then receive a code by SMS to enter in the app for confirmation.

  3. 3

    E-mail

    You can also add your e-mail address so that you receive a receipt for your payment transactions and can order the newsletter if desired. The e-mail address also needs to be verified. You will receive a confirmation link by e-mail for this.

    Use and data protection

    The registration requires you to accept the conditions of use and the privacy policy.

Web booking without app

With web booking, you can book an individual journey easily and conveniently on your computer or smartphone without having to download an app.

How does the web booking function work?

    Call

    Open the PubliCar website in your browser (on your computer or smartphone).

  2. 2

    Registration

    • When using web booking for the first time, you can register using the “Create Account” button, even if you have already used PubliCar with the PubliCar App.
    • Enter your mobile phone number or alternatively your e-mail address.
    • After confirming your mobile phone number or e-mail address, set a password (will be used for future logins).
    • If there is already a user account from previous use of the PubliCar App, the two accounts will be merged in the background.
    • Select your desired service area.
  3. 3

    E-mail

    You can configure the settings to include a receipt in your stored e-mail address for payment transactions. If required, subscribe to the newsletter.

    Use and data protection

    The registration requires you to accept the conditions of use and the privacy policy.
