Since 1 June 2026, AmiGo vehicles in Eastern Switzerland have been operating in the deployment area with safety drivers on board. The vehicles will now be tested in real traffic and the systems will be continuously developed. No journeys with customers are taking place during this early operating phase. A closed user group will be set up in a few months. The first journeys without safety drivers are then planned, provided that all safety requirements are met. Regular operations are planned to start with up to 25 vehicles from around 2027.

If you are interested in “AmiGo”, you can register as a test customer on the a href="/en/about-us-and-news/innovation/automated-driving/amigo">website today. PostBus will contact these people as soon as the operating phase with the first customers begins.
