Photo exhibition in Sion
“PostBus... past, present and future”

To celebrate Swiss Post’s 175th anniversary, 12 buses from the PostBus fleet will depart from Sion as part of a photo exhibition featuring archive images from the Sion region and the Simplon Pass, photos of the current fleet and information on the future of PostBus and its new electric vehicles. This mobile exhibition will travel through the whole Sion region.

175 years of Swiss Post – a cause for celebration!

Join us as we celebrate 175 years of Swiss Post, as well as the 100th anniversary of our iconic “Du-Da-Do” horn and the launch of our mobile exhibition!

  • Wednesday, 12 June
  • From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • At Place de la Planta in Sion

A range of children’s activities are planned for the occasion, including our famous bouncy Postbus that’s guaranteed to keep your little ones entertained – and we haven’t forgotten about the parents, either!

We would be delighted to welcome you and celebrate these memorable events with you.

About the exhibition

When: From April to 30 September 2024

Where: The bus departs from SionTarget not accessible railway station and then travels through the streets of Sion and its surroundings

More information: Accessible to people with reduced mobility and pushchairs; easy to reach by public transport
