If the Postbuses on route 71 are too crowded, PostBus route 211Target not accessible will take you to the Eigenthal via Malters. Despite having one change, you'll reach the Eigenthal in practically the same time as directly from Lucerne. There is an hourly service throughout the day on route 211.

Both PostBus routes are integrated into the same Passepartout zone. You can decide at the last minute which route you want to take to the Eigenthal and back again. Climb aboard − it’s well worth it!
