What should I do if I have lost an item?
Please enter your details in our lost property web form so that we can compare them with the items found in our system.
We will inform you if your search is successful. If we do not match your details and our lost property, we will check the search queries again after four days. If no match is found by then, there is unfortunately little chance that your item has been handed over to us.
As soon as the item found matches your details, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to arrange a handover location. Please note that CHF 10 will be charged for the administrative expenses when handing over the item.
The duration of our contact varies between one and four days.
